ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
IVAR CS spol. s r. o. is a commercial and a technical representative of several foreign companies with a wide range of assortment for heating, water and gas systems. We specialize in sale of valves, distribution systems, air-conditions, heat pumps, pumps and their service. There are applied products and activities during commissions realization and throughout the daily operation that are not particularly threatening the living environment.
Main aim of the company IVAR CS spol. s r. o. in the field of environment are ecological wastes disposal and risks limitation of the environmental pollution at storage, manipulation with chemical substances and products, and assembly activities in the pumps service point. Within environmental management systems introduced according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005, there is paid the same attention also to other environmental aspects of the company operation.
The management of IVAR CS spol. s r. o. commits oneself by this policy to:- follow legal and other requirements for environmental protection, natural resources preservation and safe working place provision;
- maintain, develop and continously improve the environmental management system introduced according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and presented in Guide to integrated management system and consequential standards;
- decide about investment projects and their realization with regards to living environment;
- manage and educate the employees to responsible behaviour towards environment and to full understanding, supporting and following the company environmental policy;
- make conditions for ecological behaviour of its employees;
- control the service point operation and storage of chemicals so that impacts on the environment were under control and reduced to minimum;
- prevent risks of pollution and possibilities of emergency situations, which incidences could have negative effects on environment;
- duly provide scheduled preventive maintenance and minimalize the negative environmental impacts connected with operation of handling and transport facilities and technical equipments;
- annually set up environmental targets for fulfilling the policy requirements - consequently check the set target values during regular annual integrated management system revision;
- inform all the employees about this policy and present it also in a suitable form to public;
- require respecting of the environmental policy from the business partners.
The management of IVAR CS spol. s r. o. is obliged to make conditions and disengage the necessary sources for observance of above mentioned environmental policy principles. There is expected full support of this obligation from the employees.

Ivar CS spol. s r.o. participates in "Systém sdruženého plnění povinností zpětného odběru a využití odpadu z obalů EKO-KOM", that results from the Package law nr. 477/2001 Col., subsequently amended.
Ivar CS spol. s r.o. is registered by company RETELA s.r.o., the operator of separate collection system, which enables effective fulfillment of the producers and distributors charges of electric and electronic equipments within the scope of European standard for disposal of electric and electronic equipments and relative Czech valid legislature (Waste Law nr. 185/2001 Col., and some other amended laws).
