The aim of our company IVAR CS is to provide our customers with complex and professional services in maximum quality. Our effort is supported by Quality Management System established on the basis of the standard ISO 9001:2001. The quality system was first successfully certified by 'Český lodní a průmyslový registr' in the year 2000 and since then we have been still upholding and further developing the introduced system.
Quality means for us continuous improvement of measurable parametres, which give feedback to company management. The introduced quality system reguires continual evaluating of all our company processes and searching for new ways how to improve and follow the customers' requirements. An integral part of the quality improvement is active participation of all our employees. We place emphasis on a professional and trained team of IVAR workers, so that all employees are fully aware of their liability to the whole company success. Each person contributes by fulfilment of their tasks to achieve the IVAR CS company objectives.
QUALITY POLICY
The management of company IVAR CS, s. r. o. declares the following quality policy:- The company management is obliged to enforce and permanently improve the Quality Management System (QMS), introduced according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001 and presented in Guide to Integrated Management System (IMS). The management obligates to provide all the necessary sources for constant improvement of the QMS processes within its current financial situation;
- The company management stands out for fully specialized Quality Management system in following and increasing the customers satisfaction. Our main effort is consistent and flexible focus on the customer;
- The company IVAR CS, s. r. o. thoroughly ensures the fulfilment of legislation requirements regarding the business activities;
- The company IVAR CS, s. r. o. together with its suppliers act correctly and make efforts to constantly improve supplier-customer relations;
- The company management is obliged to keep and increase corporate culture level that has a motivating character and leads to prosperity. It is a management aim to create such environment and company climate for efficient workers, where they can apply and further develop their skills and knowledge;
- On the basis of this quality policy the management determines quality goals for each calendar year. The validity of the quality policy and accomplishment of the quality goals are regularly checked during annual revisions of the integrated management system (IMS);
- The company management declares to maintain the integrity of the quality management system in case of planned and applied changes of the system.
The company management expects from all the employees identification with the principles presented in Quality policy, accomplishment of the philosophy in everyday practice, taking a full responsibility for quality of their own work, active attitude to errors prevention and making proposals for system functionality improvement.
